Her broad range of real estate services and experience includes sales of single-family homes, condominiums, income-producing properties, commercial listings, and land.  She is also certified as a Short Sale and Properties in Foreclosure Specialist, and as a Real Estate-Owned Listing Specialist.

She brings a wealth of industry experience to all of her real estate transactions, and has the ability to create the most rewarding investment strategies for her clients, for both short and long-term gains.

Carmen has extensive real estate experience as a Real Estate Investor, Realtor, Home Stager, and President of Homeowners Associations. She has an eye for investment, having been involved in renovating properties and selling or leasing them for a profit. Being very conscious of the environment, Carmen has always incorporated green features into her renovations. Her ability to visualize a home’s potential and the finished product of what that property could be continues to help both her buyers and sellers in their quest to sell their home or buy their dream one.  

Carmen is involved in community activities through her church and in her neighborhood. She has also been a member of the International Society for Heart and Lung Transplantation, the LMU MBA Alumni Association Board, the Sherman Oaks Chamber of Commerce, and the American Translators Association. She loves golf and is an avid golfer very familiar with Los Angeles golf courses. Carmen has worked as a professional photographer for several years and is an enthusiastic hobby photographer as well.

Born and raised in Cuba, Carmen is completely bilingual in Spanish. She has lived in Madrid, Spain, and has traveled extensively through many countries, assimilating art, architecture and cultural customs in her travels. Her creative side, including her training in photography and art, combines seamlessly with her business acumen, providing her clients with rounded insight into properties. 

Carmen holds an MBA from Loyola Marymount University, a BA in Biology and Photography from Notre Dame of Maryland University, and a degree in Piano from the Peabody Institute of the Johns Hopkins University. She holds a PA degree from the Physician Assistant Program at Towson University and has worked at several Los Angeles hospitals. She attended high school at Notre Dame Preparatory School in Baltimore.
